Experience Africa offers a limited, invitation-only media programme.

The programme is intended exclusively for Africa-specialist writers with a proven track record of producing quality editorial coverage on destinations across Africa and its surrounding islands, as well as editors seeking to expand Africa coverage within their publications.

Experience Africa is a B2B trade event, and the media programme is designed for editorial professionals looking to deepen destination knowledge, discover new story angles and connect with relevant tourism suppliers. It is not intended for those looking to sell products or services.

Media attendance for 2026 is primarily focused on applicants based in the UK & Ireland and Continental Europe. Those based outside these regions should contact the Experience Africa team before applying.

Please note: that media delegates are not eligible to attend on a hosted basis.

A select number of approved media delegates may be invited to attend on Monday 22 June and/or Wednesday 24 June, with access to a tailored programme of pre-scheduled meetings, networking opportunities and event content.
