  • New products not showcased at Experience Africa 2025

  • Destinations including Egypt, Morocco, West Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands
  • ‘Alternative Africa’ including lesser known or explored regions and tourism products and services.
  • A broad spectrum of product offerings to highlight the accessibility and diversity of African travel

An exhibitor badge provides the delegate with full access to the venue across the duration of the show.

It is inclusive of all networking and social events as detailed in the Experience Africa 2026 programme but does not provide the exhibitor with an additional set of pre-scheduled appointments.

Experience Africa operates on a pre-scheduled appointment system, offering each exhibitor a dedicated diary of up to 42 curated meetings across the three days.

During the preferencing window, exhibitors will create a wishlist of buyers they wish to meet. Once the window closes, our intelligent meeting software generates each exhibitor’s personalised diary based on these preferences, ensuring relevant, high-value connections throughout the event.

  • 27 April – Meeting preferencing portal opens
  • 25 May – Meeting preferencing portal closes
  • 08 June – Final diaries delivered

If you wish to share a table and divide the meeting slots with a co-exhibitor, you may apply under the Split Desk rate. Each participating company will have its own exhibitor profile and a separate diary of appointments, featuring 50% of the available meeting slots (up to 21 each).

Please contact the team for guidance on how to manage the division of appointments and ensure both parties are correctly registered.

Please note: the Split Desk arrangement does not permit additional delegates to attend meetings alongside co-exhibitors.

Premium table locations will be located on the front row. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis and to book this, simply indicate this in your application. A maximum of 21 premium tables are available for purchase.

We no longer limit representation companies to a maximum of three products. However, if you plan to feature a broader portfolio, please note that each meeting lasts 20 minutes, so we recommend focusing on the products most relevant to each buyer.

Please note:

  • The rate applied (ATTA® Member or Non-Member) will be determined by the Exhibitor Profile Name(s).

  • A representation company may exhibit under its own name or list a maximum of three company names within the exhibitor profile.

  • If listing multiple company names, you will need to create a custom logo for the online listing, in line with event branding specifications.

  • All companies being represented must be listed in the “Companies Represented” field on the application form.

We will hold evening events after the meeting program concludes each day as follows:

  • Monday – ATTA® for Action Awards
  • Tuesday – ATTA® Summer Party
  • Wednesday – Experience Africa Closing Drinks
